1 Rib Roast (1/2LB Per Person)
1 TBSP Salt
2 TSP Black Pepper
1 Bunch Fresh Rosemary
Remove roast from packaging and allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cover all of the rib roast with salt and pepper.
Place rosemary on bottom of a roasting pan, place rib roast on top of rosemary.
Place rib roast in oven for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for roughly 15 minutes per pound of meat.
Remove roast from oven once finished cooking and cover with aluminum foil for 20 minutes to rest.
