4 TBSP Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup Cantaloupe (Finely Diced)
3 Oz Prosciutto (Chopped)
2 TBSP Fresh Basil (Chopped)
2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
8 Slices French Baguette
Toast the 8 slices of baguette until lightly golden brown.
Top the slices of baguette with cantaloupe melon then top with a little of the chopped prosciutto.
Drizzle with a lite olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Serve and enjoy.
