1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
1/4 TSP Ground Nutmeg
Pinch Ground Cloves
Place milks and pumpkin puree into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Pour mixture into a mason jar and add chia seeds and remaining ingredients.
Close lid tightly and shake mixture until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and consume!
