Baked Teriyaki Salmon Filet Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Salmon (Cut into 4 Portions)
1/3 Cup Tamari
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar


Recipe Instructions:


Whisk together the tamari, rice vinegar and coconut sugar until dissolved.
Place the mixture into a shallow dish and coat both side of the salmon with the mixture place salmon skin side up and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour.
After chilling, place the broiler racks in the oven as close to the broiler as possible and turn broiler to high.
On a high heat, place a cast-iron skillet on stove and allow to get very hot.
Add a little avocado or other high smoke point oil if desired.
Turn off the stove and add the salmon portions to the skillet, skin side up.
Place the skillet under the broiler and cook for 1-2 minutes until the skin starts to turn golden brown and begins to get crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for 1 more minute, remove from oven and serve hot with your side of choice.
