8 Small Flour Tortillas
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Minced)
2 Green Onions (Finely Sliced)
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 Cup Nacho Cheese
4 Hot Dogs
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
Place a little cheddar, Monterey jack, jalapeno, green onion and chili powder on top of a flour tortilla.
Top with a second flour tortilla.
Spread a little nacho cheese sauce on the top of the second nacho and place a hot dog on one end.
Roll the tortilla around the hot dog, repeat this process with remaining ingredients.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
Add the rolled tortillas and cook in the oil until golden brown and crispy all over, this should take roughly 3 minutes per side.
Serve warm with more nacho cheese sauce, enjoy!
