Quinoa Salad With Pomegranate & Herbs Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Quinoa (Cooked)
1 Cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
2 Green Onions (Sliced Thin)
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Pomegranate Juice
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Place all of the ingredients into a medium glass bowl and combine to mix well.
Adjust seasonings to taste, chill for 15 minutes and serve.
