1 1/2 Cup Raspberries (Frozen)
1/2 Cup Cashews (No Salt Added)
1 (15 oz) Can Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (Warmed)
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
In the bowl of a food processor, blitz the cashews until crumbly.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or place into a container with a tight fitting lid and store in freezer until ready to use.
