Raspberry Iced Tea Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Raspberries
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
4 Cups Water
4 Cups Brewed Tea
3/4 Cup White Sugar


Recipe Instructions:


In a large pot over medium heat, bring the raspberries and lemon juice to a boil, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and pour through a fine wire strainer into a large glass bowl while using the back of a spoon to squeeze out all of the juice from the raspberries, set aside.
In a large tea pitcher or jug, add the brewed tea, water and 3/4 cup of sugar, stir until sugar has fully dissolved.
Add the raspberry juice to the pitcher, stir to mix, cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve over ice.
