4 Medium Red Onions (Diced)
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic (Grated)
1 Red Chili Pepper (Seeds Included Diced)
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the onions and chili pepper for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat, stir frequently so that the onions and chili pepper does not brown.
Add the garlic, salt, sugar, ground black pepper and mix, cook for another 5 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil on a high heat, stir well frequently until vinegar has evaporated.
Remove pan from stove and allow to cool.
