Red Wine Spaghetti Sauce Recipe.


Ingredients:


12 Cloves of Garlic (Finely Chopped)
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted, Cut into 1" Cubes)
2 (750ml) Bottles Red Wine
Pinch of Salt


Recipe Instructions:


In a small glass bowl, add olive oil and garlic.
Heat a large Dutch oven over medium heat, pour in the garlic and oil, add red pepper flakes and 1/2 of the butter, cook continually stirring until garlic is fragrant but not browned.
Add wine, increase the heat to medium high and bring mixture to a boil.
Cook, uncovered until mixture is reduced by 2/3 or roughly 30 minutes.
Season with salt, add remaining butter and mix well, cover and keep warm.
When ready to use, taste to adjust and serve.
