Remy Ginger Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Remy Martin VSOP
4 Oz Ginger beer
1 Lime wedge
1 Pineapple ring between 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick
Cinnamon
Black pepper

Recipe Instructions:

Season the pineapple ring with cinnamon and black pepper
.
Grill for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness
.
Cut into larger pieces that can be used as a rim-garnish for the drink
.
Pour 2 Oz Remy Martin VSOP over ice in a highball glass, and top with ginger beer
.
Squeeze lime into the drink
.
Stir
.
Garnish with spiced pineapple.
