Reuben Sandwich Dip Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 (12oz) Can Corned Beef (Very Finely Diced)
1 (16oz) Bag Sauerkraut (Rinsed and Drained)
1 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz Swiss Cheese (Shredded)

Recipe Instructions:

In a medium pan over low heat, add all ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally until the cheese and thousand island dressing has melted together and the mixture is evenly combined.
Reduce heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve.
