Balsamic Chicken Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Whole Chicken (Giblets Remove, Washed and Dried)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Fresh Rosemary (Chopped)
6 Rosemary Sprigs
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 TSP Brown Sugar
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small glass bowl, combine the garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper and olive oil until well mixed.
Rub this mixture over the skin of the chicken, making sure to get the herb dressing in between the legs and wings.
Place the sprigs of rosemary in the cavity of the chicken and set the chicken into a roasting pan.
Place in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until the juices of the chicken run clear and the chicken is cooked, transfer chicken to serving dish.
In a small pan, over medium heat, add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar and heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Carve chicken and top with the balsamic sauce, enjoy hot.
