Roast Beef & Swiss Toastie Recipe.

Ingredients:

4 Slices Bread
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
8 Slices Roast Beef
2 TBSP Butter

Recipe Instructions:

Spread the butter onto each slice of bread.
Place 2 slices of the bread onto the toastie maker making sure the sides with the butter on go face down.
Add 2 of the Swiss cheese to each slice of bread and top with 4 slices of roast beef.
Add the remaining 2 slices of bread on top of the filled slices, making sure the sides with the butter on are facing upwards.
Close toastie maker and serve when golden brown and crispy.
