1 (5LB) Piece of Pork Belly (Skin Removed, Cubed)
4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TBSP White Vinegar
2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP Salt
4 TBSP Olive Oil
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
In a small glass bowl, combine the vinegar, garlic, oil, black pepper and salt, whisk well.
In a large glass bowl, place the cubed pork belly and pour the marinade mixture over the top, using your hands make sure each piece of pork belly gets coated with the marinade.
Place pork on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork belly is crispy and cooked through, serve hot.
