1 lb green beans, washed and trimmed
1 TBSP garlic, minced
1 TBSP vegetable oil
1 TSP sesame oil
1 TSP Italian seasoning
1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TSP balsamic vinegar
1 TSP soy sauce
1/2 TSP black pepper (or to taste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (or preheat air fryer to 350 F).
Wash and trim the green beans, then dry them with a paper towel.
Place them into a large mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Toss to combine.
Roast in the oven: Transfer the green beans onto a quarter sheet baking pan and spread them out evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes until tender, but still crunchy.
Cook in the air fryer: Transfer the green beans into the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until tender, but still crunchy.
Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
