1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Banana (Sliced)
2 TBSP Walnuts (Lightly Crushed)
1 TSP Honey
Place the yogurt in the bottom of a small glass, add a layer of banana, then more yogurt another layer of banana and top with another layer of yogurt.
Sprinkle with the crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately.
