Sage & Onion Stuffing Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/4 Cup Butter (Unsalted)
1/4 TSP Olive Oil
2 Onions (Grated)
2 Cups Fresh Breadcrumbs
1 Egg (Beaten)
1 TBSP Fresh Sage (Chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Parsley (Chopped)


Recipe Instructions:


Add butter and oil to a medium saucepan and melt.
Add the onion and stir frequently until softened and translucent.
Add the parsley and sage and cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Add in the breadcrumbs and stir well to coat with the butter and onions.
Add in the beaten egg.
Stir until combined then add to a well greased oven proof dish.
Cover with foil.
Place in an oven at 390 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes to allow to brown
Rest the stuffing for 10 minutes and serve.
