4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Yolks Only)
1 TSP Granulated Sugar
3 TSP White Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Water
12 Oz Pouring Cream
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, add the 4 egg yolks, water, sugar and vinegar and pulse until completely smooth.
Add salt, pepper and cayenne and taste, adjust seasoning as needed.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 30 days.
