1 LB Ground Beef
1/3 Cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 TBSP Water
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Brown Gravy (Prepared)
In a medium glass bowl, combine the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg and water until evenly mixed.
Shape meat mixture into 4 oval 1/2" thick patties.
In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat the oil until shimmering.
Add the patties and cook for about 10 minutes until well browned on both sides.
Drain off any excess fat.
Add the prepared gravy and heat until boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
