12 Oz Canned Salmon
1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 TSP Dried Parsley
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Dried Oregano
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a medium glass bowl mix together the canned salmon, egg, crushed pork rinds, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until well combined.
Take roughly 2 oz of the salmon mixture and form into a patty in your hands, repeat for them remaining mixture.
Heat 1 TBSP butter, over a medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet and fry each patty for 1-2 minutes each side or until the patty is browned on each side.
