Salmon Tacos Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Salmon Filet (Skin Removed & Cut into Bite Sized Cubes)
2 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Cup Lettuce (Shredded)
8 Corn Tortillas (Warmed)
2 TSP Black Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Mango Salsa


Recipe Instructions:


Combine salmon with hoisin sauce in a medium glass bowl and toss to coat evenly.
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over a medium-high heat and add salmon, cook until the salmon begins to flake easily with a fork, about 4 minutes, turn continually to brown all sides of the fish.
Remove from heat and place even amounts of salmon into the 8 tortillas with lettuce, top with mango salsa, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and enjoy!
