1 Sheet of Nori
2 Oz Fresh Salmon (Cubed)
1/4 Cucumber (Cut into Batons)
1 Cup Sushi Rice
Cut the sheet of nori into two equal sized triangles and roll each one into a cone shape.
Holding the cone with one hand, take the first roll and using your fingers, scoop up about 2 TBSP of sushi rice and carefully press it into the cone, making sure to coat all of the inside so that it holds it shape.
Next, take some of the salmon and add it to the roll building it up gently, once you have use dup half of the salmon, add several batons of cucumber by pushing them into the salmon on one edge of the roll.
Gently place the roll on a serving plate and repeat for the second roll of salmon temaki.
