Salmon With Creamy Spinach Sauce Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 (5 Oz) Package of Frozen Spinach (Thawed Drained and Squeezed)
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
2 TSP Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
2 Salmon Filets
1/2 TSP Lemon Pepper Seasoning


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small glass bowl, combine the spinach, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic, refrigerate until ready to use.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven until the salon begins to flake lightly when pressed with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Remove salmon from over, plate and spoon the spinach sauce over the top.
