2 LB Salmon Fillet
1 TSP Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 TSP Onion Salt
1 Small Onion (Sliced and Separated into Rings)
6 Lemon Slices
1/4 Cup Butter (Unsalted, Cubed)
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 TSP Lemon Juice
1 TSP Prepared Horseradish
3/4 TSP Fresh Dill (Finely Chopped)
1/4 TSP Garlic Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and grease slightly.
Place salmon fillet skin-side down on the foil and season with lemon pepper and onion salt.
Top with the sliced onion rings and lemon dot with a little butter.
Fold foil around the salmon, sealing tightly.
Place sealed salmon in the preheated over to 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, open the foil gently, allowing the steam to escape and broil salmon for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
In a small glass bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill, horseradish, garlic salt, black pepper, diced onion, and lemon juice and mix well.
To serve, place salmon on a serving platter and drizzle dill sauce over the top.
