4 (5 Oz) Salmon Fillets (Skin on)
2/3 Cup Light Sour Cream
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
4 TBSP Fresh Dill (Minced)
1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium glass bowl, mix the sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic and dill until well combine, set aside.
Season the salmon fillets with pepper and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, skin side down.
Divide the mustard sauce between the 4 salmon filets and cover each fillet with the sauce.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven or until salmon flakes when pulled with a fork.
