3 TBSP Peanut Oil
1/2 Cup Popcorn Kernels
3 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
1/4 Cup Malt Vinegar (Such as Sarsons)
2 TSP Kosher Salt
In a large metal 6 quart mixing bowl, place the oil and popcorn, cover with aluminium foil and poke a few small holes in the top.
Place the bowl over medium heat and shake constantly using a pair or tongs or heatproof gloves to hold the bowl.
Continue shaking until the popcorn stops popping, roughly 3 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the heat and carefully remove the aluminium foil.
Combine malt vinegar and salt in a spray bottle and shake until salt has dissolved fully.
Spray mixture over the popped popcorn, tossing until well coated.
Serve immediately.
