Sausage & Egg Toastie Recipe.

Ingredients:

4 Slices Bread
1/2 Cup Cheese (Grated)
1 Egg (Scrambled)
1/4 Cup Sausage Meat (Cooked & Crumbled)
2 TBSP Butter

Recipe Instructions:

Spread the butter onto each slice of bread.
Place 2 slices of the bread onto the toastie maker making sure the sides with the butter on go face down.
Add 1/2 of the scrambled egg and crumbled sausage to each slice of bread and top with 1/2 of the cheese.
Add the remaining 2 slices of bread on top of the filled slices, making sure the sides with the butter on are facing upwards.
Close toastie maker and serve when golden brown and crispy.
