1 LB Italian Sausage (Ground)
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
6 Large Eggs (Beaten)
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage meat, about 12 minutes.
In a medium glass bowl, add the beaten eggs, shredded cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined.
Drain sausage meat and allow to cool.
Once cooled, add the sausage meat to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the quiche comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool, slice and serve.
