Sausage Rolls Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Pork Sausage Meat
1 Package of Frozen Puff Pastry (Thawed)
1/4 Cup English Mustard
1 Egg (Beaten)


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Unfold puff pastry sheets and cut along the fold lines to create 6 equal squares for a total of 12 squares.
Brush each piece of the puff pastry with English mustard.
Divide the sausage meat into 12 equal pieces and roll into small logs.
Place one log on each puff pastry square and roll the dough around the sausage meat, sealing edges with beaten egg.
Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with remaining egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 2 days.
