3/4LB sausage (cooked and crumbled)
1 1/2 Cups Sharp Cheddar (Shredded)
1/2 Small Yellow Onion (Diced)
4 Eggs
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 TSP Dry Mustard Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a pie tray with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Place sausage, cheese, onion into a mixing bowl and combine evenly, once combined place into pie tray.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper, mustard powder and pour over the sausage meat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat and bake for a further 30-40 minutes or until the top of the quiche turns golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
