1 Cup Buckwheat
1 Banana
1 Cup Water
1 Banana (Peeled and Sliced)
1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
3 Cups Almond Milk
2 TBSP Nut Butter
Place a saucepan over medium heat adding the buckwheat and water and bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce the heat to simmer and continue to cook until all of the water has been absorbed by the buckwheat.
Add the almond milk and stir to evenly combine with the buckwheat.
Add the cinnamon and nut butter stirring to evenly distribute, split the buckwheat porridge between two bowls and top each bowl with half of the banana slices, serve warm.
