4 Eggs
2 LBS Ground Pork Sausage
4 Cups Pork Rind Breadcrumbs (Seasoned)
1 Cup Almond Flour
3 Eggs (Beaten)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place 4 eggs in to a pan over medium-high heat, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover pan, remove from heat and let eggs sit in the water for 13 minutes.
Remove from hot water, cool and peel.
Set aside.
Split sausage meat into 4 pieces and flatten each piece so that it is big enough to fit around an egg.
Lightly flour the sausage meat once egg has been wrapped, coat in beaten egg and roll in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
