3 Eggs
2 TBSP Milk
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Pinch of Ground Paprika
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 TSP Olive Oil
In a medium glass bowl, add the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika and whisk until well combined.
In a small, non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil until shimmering and add the egg mixture.
Using a spatula continually move the eggs across the pan until scrambled to required doneness.
Remove skillet from heat, transfer eggs to a plate and serve hot.
