Sea Bass, Citrus & Jalapeno Ceviche Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Fresh Sea Bass (Cut into Bite Sized Pieces)
2 TBSP Fresh Orange Juice
3 Limes (Zested and Juiced)
2 TBSP Fresh Chives (Chopped)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
3 TBSP Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Mango (Diced)
1/2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
1/2 Cup Avocado (Diced)
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
1/4 Cup Tomato (Diced)
1 Jalapeno (Finely Chopped)


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl add the sea bass, orange juice, lime juice, zest, chives salt and pepper.
Gently stir to combine so all the sea bass gets coated in the lime juice.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Drain the fish of the juice and place in a clean medium glass bowl and add the olive oil and set aside.
In a large glass bowl, toss together the mango, cucumber, avocado, red onion, tomato, jalapeno and add the sea bass, mix well to combine, taste and season with addition salt and pepper or lime juice as need, serve immediately.
