Seafood Chirashi-Zushi Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Sushi Rice
2 Oz Yellowfin Tuna (Cubed)
2 Oz Salmon (Sliced)
4 Large Shrimp (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
1 TSP Wasabi


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium to large serving bowl, place the sushi rice in a layer on the bottom, top the rice with the cubed yellowfin tuna, sliced salmon, diced cucumber and chopped shrimp.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the TSP of wasabi on top in the middle of the bowl, serve immediately.
