Serrano Margarita Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Silver tequila
1 Oz Fresh Cointreau or Triple Sec Liqueur
1/3 Serrano Pepper with its Seeds
Few Pinches of Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, agave nectar and serrano pepper and muddle to release the heat of the pepper
.
Prepare a glass by rubbing lime on the rim and dipping into a plate of sugar
.
Fill rimmed glass with ice
.
Shake cocktail to mix thoroughly, then pour through strainer into glass, over ice.
