Sesame & Ginger Ramen Noodles Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 TBSP Tahini Paste
1 TSP Fresh Ginger (Minced)
1 TSP Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/2 Cup Carrot (Matchstick Cut)
1 Cup Cooked Rice Noodles


Recipe Instructions:


Add tahini paste to the bottom of a mason jar.
Next add the ingredients in the following order, fresh ginger, spinach, carrot, noodles and top with sesame seeds.
Close lid of mason jar and refrigerate.
When ready to eat, unscrew the lid of the mason jar, fill with about 1 cup of boiling water, reclose lid and wait for 4-5 minutes before consuming.
