2 Cups All Purpose Flour
8 TBSP Butter (Cubed)
2 TBSP Water (Very Cold)
Pinch of Salt
In a large, clean glass bowl, add the flour, butter and salt.
Using your fingertips rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, being as quick as possible to prevent the dough from getting warm.
Add the water to the mixture, a little at a time and using a cold knife, stir the mixture until a dough forms.
Add more water if the dough is to dry and if the dough gets to wet, add a little more all purpose flour.
Once dough has formed, roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest.
