1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 LB Raw Shrimp (Shelled, Deveined and Chopped)
1/2 IPA Beer
1 Red Onion (Diced)
3 Cups Tomato (Diced)
1 Large Jalapeno (Finely Diced, Stem, Ribs and Seeds Removed)
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
1/4 TSP Salt
1 TSP Tabasco Sauce
In a small glass bowl, add lemon, lime juice and raw shrimp and toss to coat.
Please bowl in refrigerator for 1 hour.
In a large glass bowl, mix the IPA beer, onion, tomato and jalapeno, mix and place in the refrigerator also for 1 hour.
Drain liquid from the vegetables and return them to the large bowl.
Once shrimp have been in the refrigerator for an hour, drain them and add to the large bowl of vegetables, toss to combine well and serve immediately.
