1 Oz Sparkling Wine
3/4 Oz Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth
3/4 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Oz Vanilla-Cinnamon Syrup
Orange Peel for garnish
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except sparkling wine
.
Shake well and strain into a champagne flute

Top with sparkling wine

Garnish with orange peel

*Vanilla-cinnamon syrup: Combine equal Oz sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved For every Cup of simple syrup, add one cinnamon stick and half of a vanilla pod and simmer over low heat until a prominent cinnamon-vanilla flavor has developed, about 7 minutes Chill syrup and store covered in refrigerator for up to a week.
