1/4 Cup Celery (Diced)
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
1 Garlic Dill Pickle (Diced)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 LB Elbow Macaroni
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse with cold water and place into a large glass bowl.
Add the onions, celery and dill pickle, mix to combine evenly.
In a small glass bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and minced garlic, mix until very well combined.
Pour mayonnaise mixture over the macaroni mix and stir to evenly coat.
Place covered, in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Serve chilled.
