2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
1 TSP Peppercorns
1 Clove of Garlic
2 Large Onion Slices
1 Sprig of Fresh Thyme
1 Sprig of Fresh Parsley
1 Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cups Chicken Broth
In a shallow pan over medium-high heat, place the herbs and spices.
Add the chicken breasts and pour over 2 cups of chicken broth.
Bring mixture to a rolling boil then reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Turn heat off, cover and allow the pan to sit for 15 minutes.
Slice or shred chicken as needed.
