2 Cups Elbow Macaroni (Uncooked)
4 TBSP Butter (Salted, Cubed)
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
3 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream
1 (10 Oz) Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 TSP Dry Mustard Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Cook pasta in a large saucepan according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Return saucepan to a medium heat and add the butter and shredded cheese until the cheese has melted.
In the bowl of a slow cooker, combine melted cheese mixture, eggs, sour cream, soup, cream, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
Add cooked pasta and stir once more
Cook on a low heat setting got 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
After 2 hours, turn heat off, serve and enjoy!
