Smoked Salmon & Dill Scrambled Eggs Recipe.


Ingredients:


8 Eggs
2 TBSP Milk
1 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
1/2 Cup Smoked Salmon (Coarsely Chopped)
1/2 TSP Chives (Chopped)
1/2 TSP Fresh Dill (Chopped)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk until well mixed and frothy, set aside.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the butter and when almost completely melted, swirl the skillet around so the butter coats the bottom of the pan.
Add beaten egg and milk mixture and allow them to set for 30 seconds, when bottom of egg begins to set, push the eggs to the middle of the pan while breaking up the egg.
Continue this process until the eggs are almost completely set.
Remove skillet from the heat and add the chopped salmon, dill, salt and pepper, stir to distribute evenly throughout the eggs.
Transfer the eggs to a serving platter and serve warm.
