8 Oz Smoked Salmon
1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries (or Strawberries)
6 Oz Salad Greens
4 Black Olives (Halved)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
In a medium glass bowl, toss the blueberries, olives and salad greens with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Divide salad onto 2 plates and top each plate with half of the smoked salmon.
