Snow Day Sling Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Jameson Whiskey
1/2 Oz Mulled Wine
1/2 Oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 Oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 Oz Lemon Juice
1/2 Simple Syrup
Pineapple and clove to garnish


Quick and Dirty Mulled Wine: 1 Oz orange juice 1/4 Oz sugar 3 Oz red wine Dash ofnutmeg and cinnamon Microwave all together and stir well

If you don't have ginger liqueur don't worry We also tried this with muddled fresh ginger and absolutely loved it

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until shaker base is frosty and cold
.
Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple and cloves.
