1/4 Cup Soybeans (Soaked Overnight)
2 Cups Filtered Water
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 Dates
Drain soybeans and remove outer skin.
Add soybeans to a high-speed blender with 1 1/2 cups of filtered water and 2 dates and process until well blended and almost smooth.
Strain the mixture with a cheesecloth or strainer into a saucepan.
Place saucepan on a burner over a medium heat, add remaining 1/4 cup filtered water and heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow soymilk to cool and store in a glass jar with tight-fitting lid in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Shake well prior to using.
