1 (12 Oz) Can of Spam (Diced)
1/4 Cup Fresh Sage (Chopped)
1 Cup Frozen Peas
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 (16 Oz) Package Linguine (Cooked and Drained)
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Italian Seasoning
2 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup White Wine
In a medium skillet, over medium heat, add diced Spam and saut? Until light and golden brown, add sage and saut? For a further 1 minute or until sage begins to get crispy.
Add white wine to pan and deglaze, stir in the cream and cook for about 2 minutes until heated through.
Add cooked linguine to the skillet and cook for 3 more minutes, stir in frozen peas, lemon juice, Italian seasoning and pepper and mix briefly until combined and pasta is coated with the cream sauce.
Spoon into dishes and serve warm.
