1 LB Ground Chicken
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Piquant Peppers (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil (Finely Chopped)
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix until well combined.
Form 4 burger patties and place in the refrigerator on a plate to chill for 15-30 minutes.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the burgers and cook until golden brown on both sides and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Serve as desired.
